Khodal Wall Primer is a water based acrylic primer for application direct onto the substrate. Wall Primer penetrates & seals the surface to provide a base for adhesion for subsequent coatings

Surface Preparation:
Surface should be cleaned and free from oil, grease, and latencies. It should be cleaned with high-pressure jet cleaning with water. Surface should be dried thoroughly before application, let dry, then apply one thin coat of Khodal Wall Primer.If the old coating and its substrate have blisters or other defects, then old coating removal must be done by mechanical means or by stripping with Paint remover. If substrate shows presence of fungi or algae, please proceed with following surface preparations.
Application Method
Apply fungicidal wash by roller & leave to react for 12h minimum. Rinse with high pressure water again. Brush if necessary. Once dried, apply a coat of fungicidal treatment on the surface which will be coated the same day. Apply a thin coat of binder, where necessary & leave to dry for 3h minimum. Apply 1 thin coat of Khodal Wall Primer
Drying Time:
Approx. 1h to touch dry, can be over coated after 4h.
Storage:
Tightly closed container should be kept in a cool, dry place. Sealed product can be stored for over 2 years
Safety:
If there is insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Ensure good ventilation during application &
drying. Avoid eating, drinking & smoking while using the product. In case of contact with eyes, wash with ample water &
seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use empty containers to store food. Do not throw away in
waterway.
